We aim for you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase! If for any reason you are not satisfied with your sunglasses or frames, we offer an easy return process. Read through our return policy below:
1. Returns and Exchanges

Return period:You have the right to return your item within30 daysfrom the date of delivery.

Returns should be sent with a traceable shipping option

The cost of return shipping is borne by the customer.

To avoid damage during transportation, we ask you to pack the item carefully - we recommend reusing our packaging for best protection.

The goods must be inoriginal conditionunused, unbroken seals on the glasses and with all accessories and packaging (including case and cleaning cloth).

For returns of frames with prescription lenses, only the frames will be refunded, as prescription lenses are a special order.

If you want to change to another model or color, please contact us for assistance.
2. non-qualified returns
Unfortunately we cannot accept returns for:

Products with visible signs of use or damage or where the seal looks affected.

Prescription jars, as these are customized to your needs.

Gift cards or special orders.

Lenses or ophthalmic products.
3. How to make a return?

Wait for a reply:We will respond within 1-2 business days.

Pack and send back:Make sure the item is securely packaged. You are responsible for ensuring that the item arrives in good condition.

Refund process:Once we have received and inspected the item, your refund will be processed within7 working days.

How is the amount refunded?The refund is made to the same payment method used for the purchase.

Shipping costs:Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part.
5. shipping for returns

Cost:The return cost is for customers both within Sweden and internationally, the customers themselves are responsible for.

Faulty or damaged goods:If you received a faulty or damaged item, we will pay the return shipping and send a replacement product at no extra cost.
