BAGARGLAS.SE IS OPERATED BY Bågar och Glas i Gamla Stan Aktiebolag(556067-5786) BELOW CALLED BÅGAR & GLAS. BY ORDERING PRODUCTS VIA BÅGAR & GLAS YOU ACCEPT THE FOLLOWING TERMS OF PURCHASE.

Prices quoted including VAT in the original currency of Swedish Krona (SEK) are the applicable ones. Deviations from the terms and conditions are valid only if both parties have signed a separate agreement regulating this.

ORDERING

If the customer is under 18 years of age, parental consent must be obtained before the purchase is made. Orders placed in another person's name without their consent, or in any other way that causes Bågar & Glas to suffer financial loss, will be reported to the police. Sales to minors do not take place without parental approval.

DELIVERY & CANCELLATION

Orders are processed and delivered as quickly as possible. For transportation, Post Nord, Bring Frigo Scandia AB, DHL Freight (Sweden) AB and DHL Express (international) are used. In case you have a letterbox at your home, please note that the products should be kept out of reach of children and pets.

In cases where the customer considers that delivery is delayed in such a way that he no longer wishes delivery of the order, it is the customer's responsibility to cancel the order in accordance with our terms of purchase.

It is not possible to cancel a product or service that has been purchased or prepared especially for the customer. The consumer has the right to cancel the order until the consumer has received the goods or arrived at the agent.

On each order, a shipping fee of SEK 75 per shipment is charged for orders under SEK 1000. For orders over 1000 SEK we offer free shipping within Sweden. International orders are charged according to DHL Express own costs depending on destination.

Cancellation is not valid until the customer has received confirmation from us.

PAYMENT

VAT is included in all prices. All our payments are handled by Nets. As a private customer, you can pay by card, direct payment or installment. If you have not shopped with Nets before, a micro-information will be made at the time of purchase so that we can check your creditworthiness. Your personal data will then be processed securely in accordance with the Personal Data Act. Nets meets the requirements for PCI DSS and holds an SSL certificate.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

All goods remain the property of Bågar & Glass until full payment has been made.

LIABILITY FOR ERRORS

Bågar & Glas' liability for errors in delivery is limited to the applicable terms of sale. We bear no direct or indirect liability, but not limited to, business interruption, data loss, additional work or other financial damage.

CLAIM TERMS AND CONDITIONS

It is advisable that the customer checks the delivery upon arrival to verify that it is correct and error-free. In the event of a complaint, the customer must contact us by telephone or e-mail and state the order number and reason for the complaint. An agreement will then be reached on how to handle the return and compensation. In the event of an approved complaint, we pay the freight. The consumer has a 3-year right of complaint.

Bågar & Glas undertakes to follow the recommendations of the General Complaints Board.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Consumers have the right to cancel the purchase within 30 days. If the seal on the glasses is broken, the right of withdrawal does not apply. If the goods are used and no longer in unchanged condition, a deduction will be made from the full refund. Return shipping is paid by the customer. In the case of a refund, the money will be paid back within 14 days of receipt of the goods. However, the consumer may have to wait until the goods have been returned or until the consumer has provided proof that the goods have been returned. All labels on Bågar & Glas products are in Swedish or English.

Lenses or products from Ögonapoteket cannot be returned after delivery.

UNREDEEMED SHIPMENT

For shipments that are not redeemed, whereupon the package is returned to Bågar & Glas, a fee of SEK 199 will be charged for Bågar & Glass's costs in connection with return handling and shipping. In the event of repeated attempts to deliver packages to the customer, the fee will be charged once per unsolved shipment.

FORCE MAJEURE

Events such as war, natural disaster, industrial action in the labor market, government decisions, costly circumstances and comparable events beyond the control of Bågar & Glass, which could not reasonably be foreseen, shall be attributed to force majeure, which means that Bågar & Glass is released from its obligations to fulfill the contract.

APPLICABILITY

These terms of purchase are applicable where Swedish or other applicable law does not prescribe terms that conflict with these.

OTHER

Bågar & Glas reserves the right to change all information, including but not limited to prices, technical specifications and product offers, without prior notice. In the event of a final sale at the stated price, due to the discontinuation of a sales item, or due to an incorrect price, Bågar & Glas has the right to cancel the purchase and refund any amounts paid in the best way.
