BAGARGLAS.SE IS OPERATED BY Bågar och Glas i Gamla Stan Aktiebolag (556067-5786) BELOW CALLED BÅGAR & GLAS. BY ORDERING PRODUCTS VIA BAGAR & GLASS YOU ACCEPT THE FOLLOWING TERMS OF PURCHASE.

Prices stated including VAT in the original currency Swedish kronor (SEK) are the current ones. Deviations from the terms and conditions are valid only if both parties have signed a special agreement that regulates this.

ORDERING

If the customer is under 18 years of age, the guardian's permission must be obtained before the purchase is completed. Orders made in the name of another person without their consent, or in any other way that causes Bågar & Glas to suffer financial damage, will be reported to the police. Sales to minors do not take place without the guardian's approval.

DELIVERY AND CANCELLATION

Orders are processed and delivered as quickly as possible. For transport, Post Nord, Bring Frigo Scandia AB and DHL Freight (Sweden) AB are engaged. For those cases where you have a letter drop in your home, please note that the products must be kept out of the reach of children and pets.

In cases where the customer considers that delivery is delayed in such a way that he no longer wishes delivery of the order, it is the customer's responsibility to cancel the order in accordance with our terms of purchase.

Cancellation of a product or service procured or completed especially for the customer is not possible. The consumer has the right to cancel the order until the consumer has received the goods or alternatively arrived at the agent.

A shipping fee of SEK 49 per shipment is charged on each order for orders under SEK 799. For orders over SEK 799, we offer free shipping.
Cancellation is not valid until the customer receives confirmation from us.

At Bågar & Glas.se it is only possible to order and have corresponding products delivered within Sweden.

PAYMENT

VAT is included in all prices. All our payments are handled by Nets. As a private customer, you can pay by card, direct payment, against invoice or against installments. Payment period for invoices is 14 days and from the date on which the goods are sent from us. If you have not shopped with Nets before, a micro-information will be made at the time of purchase so that we can check your creditworthiness. Your personal data is then processed securely in accordance with the Personal Data Act. Nets meets the requirements of PCI DSS and holds SSL certificates.

RESERVATION OF PROPRIETARY RIGHTS

All goods remain the property of Bågar & Glass until full payment has been made.

RESPONSIBILITY FOR ERRORS

Bågar & Glas' responsibility for errors in delivery is limited to the applicable terms of sale. We bear no direct or indirect responsibility for, but not limited to, service interruption, data loss, additional work or other financial damage.

COMPLAINT TERMS

It is advisable that the customer checks the delivery upon arrival to verify that it is correct and error-free. In the event of a complaint, the customer must contact us by phone or e-mail and state the order number and reason for the complaint. An agreement is then reached on how returns and compensation are to be handled. In the event of an approved complaint, we will pay for the shipping. The consumer has a 3-year right of complaint.

Bågar & Glas undertakes to follow the General Complaints Board's recommendations.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Consumers have the right to cancel the purchase within 30 days. If the seal on the glasses is broken, the right of withdrawal does not apply. In the event that the item is used and no longer in unchanged condition, a full refund will be deducted. Return shipping is paid for by the customer. In the case of a refund, the money is paid back within 14 days of receiving the item. However, the consumer may have to wait until the goods have returned or until the consumer has provided proof that the goods have been returned. All labels on Bågar & Glas products are in Swedish or English.

UNRELEASED SHIPMENT

For shipments that are not redeemed and the package is returned to Bågar & Glas, a fee of SEK 199 is charged for Bågar & Glass's costs in connection with return handling and shipping. In the case of repeated attempts to deliver packages to the customer, the fee is charged once per unclaimed shipment.

FORCE MAJEURE

Events such as war, natural disasters, industrial action in the labor market, authority decisions, exacerbating circumstances and comparable events beyond Bågar & Glass's control, which could not reasonably have been foreseen, shall be attributed to force majeure, which means that Bågar & Glass is released from its obligations to fulfill the agreements entered into .

APPLICABILITY

These purchase conditions are applicable where Swedish or other applicable law does not prescribe conditions that conflict with them.

OTHER

Bågar & Glas reserves the right to change all information, including but not limited to prices, technical specifications and product offers, without prior notice. In the event of a final sale at the stated price, because a sale object has expired, or because of an incorrect price, Bågar & Glas has the right to cancel the purchase and refund any amounts paid in the best way possible.
