Acclaimed for its unparalleled craftsmanship and artistry, The Last Frontier returns with its seventh collection, including eyewear, jewelry, and accessories that celebrates the many cultural traditions of the American West — from jewelry-making and weaving to ceremonial dancing and horsemanship.

The Last Frontier is a limited edition eyewear collection that achieves new heights of workmanship and artistry. Designed in Los Angeles and handcrafted in Japan, the newest iteration of this elegant and powerful eyewear series is forged at the intersection of Art Deco and the American West.

Glasses are carefully created from the highest-quality plant-based acetate and feature tried and true innovations, like their unique arrow-shaped hinge system cast from sterling silver, as well as fresh takes on signature adornments, like the “Driftwood” that incorporates intricate hand-beaded temples made in collaboration with Kewa Pueblo artist Francisco Bailon.

As with previous releases, LF VII partners directly with Indigenous artisans and supports community-driven nonprofits dedicated to promoting Indigenous arts, culture, and tradition.

These limited-edition spectacles of the Last Frontier VII are received in a custom monograph box set that includes a Veg-Tan leather eyewear case featuring handwoven textile designs inspired by Chimayo, New Mexico, accompanied by one of three oversized, double-sided commemorative cleaning cloths, a custom stainless steel screwdriver with burgundy enamel details, and a letterpress authenticity card with collection details and handwritten limited-edition number.
